Get around the No Comfortable Work Environment

People who get a decent job is the one who got lucky. But for those who work, they might not feel so lucky. The reason, many employees who are not comfortable working in a company because it deems the work environment unpleasant.

Sometimes, each of my colleagues and superiors in the office always bring their personal problems into the workplace, which of course be bad for colleagues or subordinates. Not to mention the greater work pressure. Even worse if the facility is available not comparable with the working pressure. Imagine if you had to go through it every day in poor condition, will certainly make you stressful.

Do not be influenced by negative aura

If all the people around you complain and stress with work and life, does not mean you also have to follow their trail. First, it’s hard to concentrate and remain positive thinking if you surround yourself with negative thoughts, but try not to get involved in the problems they experience.

If you hear negative stories from colleagues or superiors, try not to react immediately. Try to pause and evaluate the situation and conditions. Even if you try to justify the negative words that person would not be of much use and make the situation becomes uncontrollable. Worse yet, this is actually going to make a negative aura increasingly spreading. One person said the other negative issuing any other negative statement, then everyone would be trapped in a drama and bad environment.

Resting or on vacation

Poor working environment can be very draining of energy and your mind. If you are easily tired, sick, or attacked by stress, that means working environment have put you in a bad condition.

If this happens, first try to isolate themselves from everything that makes you think negatively. Try to get out of the office for a moment, if possible. If not, ask for time off and do the activities that can restore your spirit and positive thoughts. If you need overtime work, then try to make clear boundaries so that you can still live a life outside the office safe and sound.

Avoid office politics

You might choose to engage in political office, actively participates in office gossip, or do actions stab friends from behind. But once you get involved in office politics, it is difficult for you to feel free and not depressed. The best way is to forget about office politics that make you stressed out, it’s better just focus on your job.

For example, if you have to follow a meeting place office politics, try to remain professional.

Do not take sides and easily influenced by news or statements you hear. Of course, until a certain point you may be accompanying a group of people who complain or blame, but this will make you a better psychological condition. At least, when office politics heats up, your position will tend to be safe.

Realized if it is time to change job

If conditions are so bad and all attempts to fix it does not work, maybe you think it’s time to move departments or moved to another company. But before you make your decision, try to do research beforehand about the job you seek, or who will soon be live.

Research on the new job is very important that you not fall into the same environmental conditions and not much fun with conditions in previous work.
